West Chester
Superb
schools, convenient shopping, beautiful parks, and natural
country beauty have made West Chester one of Ohio's fastest
growing areas.
Comprised
of Union and Liberty Townships, West Chester is exploding in
new developments with large wooded lots and exciting homes at
middle and upper price ranges. West Chester is 25 minutes from
Downtown Cincinnati, directly adjacent to Interstate 75, Reed
Hartman Highway and 1 mile north of I-275. It is also just 30
minutes from Dayton, Ohio, making it especially convenient to
both cities. Nestled in rolling hills and wooded groves, homes
in West Chester offer quiet seclusion and prestige without
sacrificing nearness to Cincinnati's largest shopping areas.
Over 25 new subdivisions are currently under construction,
offering the homebuyer a broad variety of styles. Live on a
golf course or have 5 acres of land with horses. West Chester
has it all!
